The Sleeve-Yoke fits on the Transmission end of the Driveshaft. It should be changed if the holes are worn for the U-Joint, rather than play in the Splines. In that case a complete shaft is required. Using a Brand new Sleeve-Yoke on worn splines is not a good idea.
