Shipping Policy


Canada & USA:
Your purchase will be shipped within 2-5 business days,unless it is a special order or it is not in stock. We are close to the Peace Bridge, Buffalo N.Y. so we are able to ship from the US. All shipments have Tracking Numbers. Canadian orders are shipped via Fedex or Canada Post. USA orders are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail or via UPS (you pick how fast you want it).
We will ship to the address on your PayPal or Credit Card account (Please make sure it is correct) or to the address you specify via email confirmation.

Shipping costs regarding Oversize or Combined purchases to the same address must be confirmed before payment, so please contact us to confirm shipping costs.

Heavy or large shipments can also be shipped using Truck Freight pre-paid in advance.

International Shipping:
We will ship worldwide from the US. Shipping costs must be confirmed via email before payment is processed.

All shipments are insured through the carrier unless requested otherwise. If insurance is declined Dr. Doolin will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parts incurred during shipping and therefore you will not receive a refund on your lost shipment.

Payment Policy:
For Online and Phone orders we accept PayPal,Visa, Mastercard or Money Orders. We also accept Cash & Debit cards if purchasing in person.
Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase or no later than 48 hours after purchase. If there is no payment or contact within 3 days of purchase, we retain the right to void the transaction.

Sales Tax:
All Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate provincial sales tax at the time of payment.

Return Policy:
Returns will not be accepted for:
Special orders or Sale items. Used Parts. Any Electrical Parts. Items without Original Sales Invoice. All Returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, pre-authorized by Dr. Doolin and made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Attention to detail is our goal. We inspect each and every product before it is shipped. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately to discuss options for replacement or refund.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same manner it was shipped to you (i.e. correct sized box, not paper mailer ), and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed when the item is received by Dr. Doolin after we have determined that there is no signs of use or damage and you will be credited in the same manner as you paid.
You are also responsible for any proof of delivery, such as Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation by the Shipping Service in the case of returned goods.
